Seattle hosts Mitra Karl Brunnhölzl teaching on The Heart Attack Sutra


The Heart Attack Sutra: Your Koan of Fearlessness” is coming this weekend January 22-24, when Nalandabodhi Seattle will host Mitra Karl Brunnhölzl, who will be teaching at Nalanda West event center. The Heart Sutra is often cited as the most famous and popular of the Mahayana Buddhist teachings.  The program will be based on Mitra Karl’s most recent book, The Heart Attack Sutra, which illuminates this classic text for modern readers.

About Mitra Karl and the Heart Attack Sutra

Mitra Karl Brunnhölzl is a greatly accomplished Tibetan literary translator.
