Learn Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche’s Emotional Rescue 3-Step Method as part of our Open Series Curriculum.

In this introductory five-week course, July 8, 2020, through August 5, 2020, we will strengthen our emotional regulation skills through mindful awareness and practice with others. You will learn valuable techniques for transforming fear, grief, and confusion into the creative energy that empowers you to face any challenge.
