Online Group Meditation

Join us for our weekly online meditation gatherings. Everyone is welcome. Practice lasts for 1 hour and includes: Opening chants and brief meditation instruction for the first 10 minutes; Silent meditation for 50 minutes; Optional discussion for Q&A at the end of the hour for an extra 15 minutes.

Contemplative Collage Workshop
