NB Toronto is delighted to host Lama Rabten Tshering for the upcoming celebration of their Centre’s Re-opening. Lama will be teaching on the Six Paramitas, an essential part of Mahayana Buddhism and key practice of a bodhisattva for awakening the heart — generosity, ethical discipline, patience, joyful diligence, meditative concentration, and wisdom. In his warm, expressive style, Lama Rabten will give practical guidance for bringing these qualities into all aspects of our lives.
