There’s no doubt we want to be free—we want to be unburdened in heart and mind, to be released from stress. But, if we look closely at tense moments, painful moments in our lives, especially those that seem to repeat, we might see a turning point right within that experience where we could actually let go—the question then is, “Am I willing?”

NB Toronto Dharma Night with Mitra Mark Power

Nalandabodhi Toronto is delighted to host this Dharma Night exploration with Mitra Mark Power. We’ll have the opportunity to experiment with playful, contemplative exercises and talk together to share both our unique styles of staying stuck—and our personal strategies for freeing ourselves in stuck moments.

Dharma Night is an informal gathering where we talk about dharma and life, learning from each other about our challenges and our unique personal insights. We’ll meditate a little, offer a topic, and talk together. It’s a time for connection and curiosity, and an opportunity to add our gift of kindness to the world.

Please join this informal gathering!
