Online Meditation Practice

Our local sanghas and Nalandabodhi Akasha offer online meditation practices throughout the week. Please find below an overview of all opportunities. Monday to Sunday | 7.00-7.30 am and 7.30-8.00 pm Pacific Time

This is a general, open sitting opportunity consisting of short introductory comments and/or instructions followed by silent meditation—approximately 20 minutes in total. NB Europe: Chenrezig Practice for Peace in the World

Shamatha (calm abiding) meditation practice followed by a brief discussion.

NB Brazil: Shamatha

Nalandabodhi Brazil offers Shamatha (calm abiding) meditation every Thursday from 8:00 to 8:30 pm (BRT). The session is in Portuguese and it begins with opening chants, followed by brief instructions. Everyone is welcome, regardless of any previous experience or background.

NB Colorado: Second Sunday mornings of singing – Songs of Realization

Khenpo Rinpoche and Ponlop Rinpoche have introduced many inspiring songs into our sangha since its inception. Michael Miller will lead us in song with accompanying guitar.
