Presented by Nalandabodhi Mexico, in English with Spanish translation.

When we train ourselves in the practice of giving up, letting go, and offering to others, we are teaching our mind to settle in the spaciousness of non-duality, selflessness, and ultimate happiness.

Of course, being generous has the power to transform our relationships, and to bring positive energy to places and situations that once made us fearful. Through generosity, we can ultimately transform the world.

NB Mexico Dharma Night with Acharya Tashi Wangchuk

During this Dharma Night with Acharya Tashi, we will explore that greater meaning of generosity in its many manifestations and subtleties of expression. We will explore methods for cultivating this precious medicine for the wellness of ourselves and others.

These practices of generosity are the key to transcending fear and ego-clinging, to freeing ourselves from suffering, while helping others.

Dharma Night is an informal gathering where we talk about dharma and learn from each other’s challenges and other experiences. We meditate a little, consider a topic, and enjoy time together. This program is open to everyone and is free of charge.

Please join this informal gathering!

Connecting the Disconnected: The Four Immeasurables

In this article, Mitra Lee teaches: “Using our imagination enables us to expand our mind toward great love and great compassion, which are much more useful for bringing us into connection than are negative thinking and judgment. Kleshas, negative emotions, or depressing thoughts can really bring us down and cause despair, despondency, and disconnection. If we want to connect with ourselves and others, imagining, cultivating, and offering love and joy will be of much more benefit.”
