Just Listen

The Magic of the Present Moment

Listen to the silence
And the magic that surrounds you.

Listen with senses wide open to greet the moment,
Allowing each instant to fill you with awe.

Listen to the breeze as it dances around you,
Feeling the touch of its cool loving caress.

Listen to the flowers greeting you with their grace,
Amazing you with the wonder of life.

Listen to the birds calling each other,
Their melodies filling you with joy.

Listen to the ground as it meets your footsteps,
Each step connecting you to Mother Earth.

Listen to the beating of your heart,
Its rhythm joining with the miracle of the moment.

Slow down. Let go.
Listen to the silence.

From that silence,
Everything comes.
