This summer, Nalandabodhi in Seattle hosts online teachings on Thursdays with Mitra Tyler Dewar. These teachings touch on key topics of Mahayana and Vajrayana Buddhism.

The talks are open to all and appropriate for all levels of study and practice.

The final of these four will occur on Thursday, August 6, 2020:

THE MEDITATION AND RECITATION OF VAJRASATTVA (REGISTER HERE)

Mitra Tyler will present a meditation practice centered upon the symbolic deity of Vajrasattva. Vajrasattva is a figure invoked to help practitioners connect with a sense of guidance and inspiration, particularly concerning the purification of negative actions and obscurations of mind.
