This five-class course is designed for Nalandabodhi students who are approaching the completion of the Nalandabodhi Mahayana Meditation curriculum—particularly following the Stages of Meditation on Emptiness—or who are beginning the Chariot of Traveling the Noble Path ngöndro practices. It is especially intended for practitioners who are thoughtfully exploring whether the Vajrayana path is right for them.
Together, we will examine five essential themes: renunciation, refuge, bodhicitta, visualization, and devotion. Space will be limited in order to ensure ample time for discussion, reflection and questions.
Through investigation and contemplation, participants will explore how the skillful methods of the Vajrayana naturally enrich and fulfill the intention of the Foundation and Mahayana vehicles. In doing so, practitioners may deepen their insight into the path of liberation from suffering and the cultivation of benefit for others.
Five sessions – September 15, 22, 29 and October 6 and 13, 2026
