Join us for a non-residential weekend meditation retreat with Acharya Lhakpa Tshering at the UMW Hurley Convergence Center in downtown Fredericksburg, Virginia.  The retreat schedule is as follows:

Friday, March 27, 7 PM – 9 PM – opening lecture

Saturday, March 28, 9 AM – 4 PM – lecture, meditation practice, small group discussion.  The schedule will include an hourlong break for lunch.  We invite attendees to bring a bag lunch and “picnic” on the UMW grounds.

Sunday, March 31, 9 AM – 12 Noon – closing lecture, meditation practice, Q&A session
