Cardiac coherence is a method based on conscious breathing in a diaphragmatic way. The list of scientifically proven benefits is long. After two weeks of daily practice, stress resistance and emotional balance slowly increase; intellectual capacity and decision-making increase; and overall well-being improves.

Together with Mitra Karl, we will explore a short chant of realization by the great Mahāmudrā master Nāropa called “ A synopsis of Mahāmudrā”. It is said that Nāropa often used this song to give short Mahāmudrā teachings, such as to his famous Tibetan disciple Marpa Lotsāwa.
