Acharya Lhakpa Tshering will guide us through two complementary approaches to working with mind: shamatha (calm-abiding) meditation, and working with our intentions and actions in daily life. The day will be compact but rich! This event is free and open to the public. You don’t need to be a Buddhist or have any meditation experience to attend. Everyone is welcome!
