Taking daily life as the Path

This teaching by Acharya Lhakpa Tshering is a sangha-event to reflect on where we are on the path at the start of Losar and to make aspirations for the so-called Iron Ox Year that is approaching. 

How has our practice changed over the past twelve months? What insights have we gained from our study, contemplation and meditation? How are these insights reflected in our daily life?
