On Sunday, November 29, Genko Kathy Blackman will lead participants in exploring how to transform mundane daily tasks of living into practice, incorporating what we have learned so far. Hosted by Nalandabodhi Akasha, this weekly 30-minute series begins at 3:00 pm Pacific time. You can see your time zones here.
These workshops offer simple practices for embodying the view and extending our meditation’s reach. Overseen by Mitra Mark Power, the Path of Mindful Activity supports our aspiration to be fully present, with positive motivation, in each moment—yes, even this one! Workshop leaders include Mitra Mark Power, Midori Nakamura, Rosemary Bakker, Genko Kathy Blackman, Ellen Balzé, Diane Crawford.
